Set the input level pressing the PAD button and select the right dB value for
your instrument signal checking the V-Meter that will appear at the display.
Press EXIT to go back from the PAD function.
Push this button to select the model of AMP (clean channel) to put in a SLOT of a preset.

Quick access to the Cabinet Simulator parameters (CAB).
note: the CAB is always active on the XLR Outs, also when the CAB slot is turned OFF in the preset,
allowing to have the speaker emulation on the signal going to the P.A.and not on your cabinet on stage.
Master controls the volume to the speaker (it has no influence on the XLR Balanced Outputs).
Connect your guitar using a standard < instrument cable.
AMP simulator preamp section controls. They reproduce the same functions of the control pots of the selected AMP model.
Select the effect/amp/items to put in a SLOT of a preset.
Push to exit from the function in use.
UP scroll button.
Push to memorize a preset to the internal memory.
Push to recall a preset from the internal memory.
By holding the RECALL button for few seconds (on the MULTIAMPs front panel) you will have access to the TAP TEMPO function,
for preset/s that include a DELAY effect.
You can set the desired tempo by pushing multiple times the ENTER button; the led will show the selected tempo speed.
Turn ON/OFF the selected SLOT.
LEFT scroll button.
Send/confirm button for a selected function.
In TAP MODE push the ENTER button more times to select the desidered delay time.
RIGHT scroll button.
This switch delivers AC power to the unit. Make sure the unit is grounded; all three terminals of the AC power plug must be connected to avoid any injury to the user or damage to the unit.
DV Mark Multiamp is manufactured to be used in the country where it has been sold, and is factory preset to that countrys voltage.
So make sure youre sending the correct voltage to your Multiamp before you connect it to AC power.
This control will increase/decrease the selected value.
DOWN scroll button.
Insert an SD Card (formatted FAT 32, up to 8Gb) in this slot
to memorize/recall preset/s and for firmware update function.

Connection for the power cord.
This location below the AC socket houses the main fuse of the unit (spare fuse included).
This speaker out provides power outputs for Left channel (only stereo mode) to speaker cabinet.
At system menu > AMP MODE SETTING choose STEREO when you use two speakers in stereo mode, do not connect this output to a load of less than 4 ohms impedance!
note: in the Multiamp Mono the speakon and jacks speaker outputs are in parallel, 4 ohm minimum impedance load.
This speakon out is used when using the Multiamp power amp in mono-bridge mode.
At system menu > AMP MODE SETTING choose MONO/BRIDGE when you use only one speaker, do not connect this output to a load of less than 8 ohms impedance!
note: in the Multiamp Mono the speakon and jacks speaker outputs are in parallel, 4 ohm minimum impdeance load.
This speaker out provides power outputs for Right channel (only stereo mode) to speaker cabinet.
At system menu > AMP MODE SETTING choose STEREO when you use two speakers in stereo mode, do not connect this output to a load of less than 4 ohms impedance!
note: in the Multiamp Mono the speakon and jacks speaker outputs are in parallel, 4 ohm minimum impedance load.
Occasionally you may detect a constant hum when using the Multiamp's Balanced Line Out. This is almost always due to a grounding problem related to your power source; you will likely eliminate/reduce this hum simply by flipping the Ground Lift (GND) switch.
Balanced XLR - LEFT Output to send the left channel signal to a mixer/PA (for mono connection use this output).
note: this output always features the CAB emulator as at the setting in the preset also when the CAB slot is turned OFF.
Balanced XLR - RIGHT Output to send the right channel signal to a mixer/PA.

If you use external effect processors or pedals you can route them through the LOOP section,
it can be selected in Serial or Parallel mode, and you can set it wherever you like in the signal chain.
Connect this output to your outboard effect processors or pedals input.

SYSTEM MENU

Shows selected BANK PRESET
Shows name and number of the selected PRESET.
The Multiamp features 7 SLOTs where you can put the AMP models and the effects,
and 1 SLOT for the CAB models.
Access to SYSTEM menu.
Go to SYSTEM with scroll buttons and then press ENTER.
Shows the selected AMP MODE: STEREO or MONO/ BRIDGE.
Shows the selected input pad (-6dB/O/+6dB/+12dB).
Select file functions:
- Store to SD Card
- Recall from SD Card
- Export Preset
- Import Preset
- Delete Preset
- Delete all user bank
- SD Format
Select the AMP MODE (MONO/BRIDGE or STEREO).
Choose MONO/BRIDGE when you use only one speaker connected to the Mono speakon speaker out, do not connect this output to a load of less than 8 ohms impedance!
Choose STEREO when you use two speakers in stereo mode, do not connect the stereo outputs to a load of less than 4 ohms impedance!

Access to MIDI function.
- MIDI ADDRESS
It allows to select the MIDI channel that the Multiamp is to receive MIDI commands from a MIDI Pedalboard/Controller.
- PRESET/PATCH MAP
This function allows you to map MIDI program numbers to specific presets of the Multiamp.
- CONTROL CHANGE MAP
With Firmware Update V 4.0 this function now allows you to select ON/OFF of EFFECTs (instead of SLOTs as at the previous version) assigned to specific Control Change of the programmable MIDI Pedalboard/Controller.

Access to the Multiamp TUNER.
TUNER function is available also via MIDI access via MIDI, it is assigned to Control Change # 28.
Access to Multiamp Firmware Update.
- DOWNLOAD the last Firmware update .zip at DV Mark website.
- Unzip the files;
- Connect the SD card (max size 8Gb) to your computer (using a card reader if necessary), be sure the SD card is formatted in FAT 32 format;
- Drag and drop (or copy and paste) the unzipped files from the computer onto the SD card;
- Turn off the MULTIAMP;
- Insert the SD card into the MULTIAMP and turn it on;
- Follow the instructions that will appear on the display;
- Do not switch off the unit during the upgrade;
- When the upgrade procedure is complete a message will appear on the display asking to turn off the unit, wait 5 seconds and then turn it on.
PRESET BANKS
RECALL A PRESET

The Multiamp features three factory banks:
- Live Mono
- Live Stereo
- Studio P.A.
and five USER banks where you can store your own presets.
Select a factory bank and press ENTER, the list of the presets of that bank will appear on the display.
Press RECALL button to have access to the factory or user preset banks.
Select a preset from the list, press ENTER and then press EXIT.
Modify the presets as you like and then name it and memorize it in one of the USERS Banks pressing the STORE button.
STORE A PRESET

To name and memorize your preset press STORE button, the BANK menu will appear, select an USERS bank and press ENTER.
Choose the preset location number where you want to store it and press ENTER again.
Now you can name it with alphanumeric characters using the VALUE control (up to 10 characters). With the left/right buttons go to the following character and scroll the letters, numbers and symbols using the VALUE pot.
When your preset name is completed, press ENTER to confirm. The preset is now stored!
note: when you modify one of your user preset you can easily store it (at same bank and location) simply holding the STORE button for few seconds.
